New MFA option for Simulation!
Make your Microsoft, Google, Okta, or Slack attacks more sophisticated:
After entering credentials, an additional MFA step is triggered. This step requires entering a verification code generated on the employee Authenticator App.
Where ? Simulation menu → Create a campaign → Select eligible template → “Require MFA at login”.

Send targeted course reminders
1. Go to the Awareness program Overview
2. Select the group you want to send reminders to
3. Click on “Send reminders for overdue courses”
→ If you want to send it to all overdue users, simply click the button without selecting a group.

Analyze your campaigns by period
1. Use the time filter at the top of your screen
2. Click on the “Show more” button
3. All figures are calculated for the selected period
→ This method also applies to recurring campaigns by selecting a specific batch.

New smart group "Phishing Remedial"
This new criterion combines the 2 post-phishing trainings (if enabled):
- The web training shown immediately after failure
- The remediation course delivered by Albert
→ Combine this criterion with the number of failed attacks to quickly identify an “at risk” population
